Can you wash and dry the strap? If so, what are the instructions?
Yes, you can wash the neoprene straps. Just wash in warm water with mild detergent, rinse, pat dry and then let air dry completely before using. Just don't put them in the washing machine.
How do I lengthen this strap?
Push the plastic tab (the one on the webbing) down toward the hook. This lengthens the strap. To shorten it, pull the tab up toward your neck.
