At Neotech™, we utilize the best materials available and leverage our extensive manufacturing knowledge gained over the last 40+ years to produce the highest quality music instrument straps and accessories in the industry. All of our products are covered by a Lifetime Warranty, which includes the following:

- Manufacturing defects
- Failures or breakages that render part or all of your product to become non-functional
Our Lifetime Warranty does not cover:

- Cosmetic blemishes, scratches, stains, or normal wear & tear
- Failures or breakages due to misuse, neglect, or intentional damage
- Natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use
If your product covered by this warranty fails due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair it without charge, or replace it, at our discretion. Only original, unaltered, and unmodified items and workmanship are covered. Damage not covered under warranty may be repaired for a reasonable rate and a fee will be charged for return shipping.
The products eligible for the Lifetime Warranty are covered to the original owner, for the lifetime of the product. Unfortunately, this does not mean your lifetime. Your Neotech™ strap or accessory may not survive the ripe old age of 70, although we do have many customers send us a strap or a photo of a strap that they have been using for 30+ years.
