We handle returns on a individual basis with the ultimate goal of making sure our customers are happy. If you are not completely satisfied with your Neotech™ product, we will be happy to return or exchange the item within 30 days from the date of purchase, for a full refund or exchange (excluding shipping charges).
The following conditions must be met for a return or exchange to be accepted:
Item(s) must be unused and resalable
Item(s) must still be in their original packaging with all tags attached
Item(s) must not be damaged or show signs of wear
Complete the return form included with your original shipment
*Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges of clearance or sale items.
